Merah44 is searched about 28,000 times a month on Google Malaysia, plus roughly 10,000 searches for "merah 44" typed with a space. Those numbers have barely moved in two years. What keeps moving is the route: the main address, the backup domains and the copycats. On 1 October 2026 we mapped every station on that line. The full map is in Bahasa Melayu; this English line covers the three most-used stations.
The map at a glance
- Main station: merah44.me. Ten other domains that Merah44 lists itself still open the same site, but every one names .me as its main version. See the official domains station.
- One copycat, flagged by Merah44 itself. Merah44 warns players about merah44f.com. We opened it: every "PLAY" button there leads to a different casino brand.
- A licence claim that does not match the public record. Details below.
- A sister brand and a network. Merah44 sits next to Hijau44 in an "I1RM Partnership" list that belongs to a network claiming 39 brands.
- The headline offer, "Free Credit 365". On the site itself, this turns out to mean free spins tied to each top-up.
"Merah 44" does not always mean Merah44
"Merah" is everyday Malay for the colour red, so a search for "merah 44" with a space brings a mixed bag. When we checked, page one of Google for that phrase also showed a registered company called Armada Merah 44 Resources, an address at 44 Jalan Merah Mawar in Shah Alam, a red 44-litre delivery bag on Shopee, a Malaysian Palm Oil Board leaflet about red palm oil, and a news story about a district being declared a red zone during the pandemic. Typing "merah44" without the space gives far cleaner results if the casino brand is what you want.
The Curaçao licence claim: three checks
The footer of merah44.me says MERAH44 is a registered trade mark of "Moon Technologie", "regulated and licensed by the Government of Curaçao", operating under the master licence of "Gaming Services Provider, N.V. #1168/JAZ". We checked that claim three ways:
- The master licence number. Gaming Services Provider N.V. was indeed one of Curaçao's old master licence holders, but the public document we found, a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, gives its master licence number as 365/JAZ, not 1168/JAZ.
- The same sentence elsewhere. "1168/JAZ" appears in near-identical wording on several other casino sites aimed at Malaysia. A licence line copied from site to site proves nothing about any operator.
- A system that no longer exists. Curaçao's new gaming law took effect on 24 December 2024. It replaced the master licence and sub-licence model with direct licences from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, so a claim resting on a master licence describes the old regime.
We also found no company registration number for "Moon Technologie". And even a valid foreign licence would not make an online casino legal for players in Malaysia.
What the Merah44 site shows
The scrolling banner still says "SELAMAT DATANG KE WWW.MERAH44.NET" even though the site now lives on .me, and it lists .org, .cc and .co as "website backup". It advertises automatic e-wallet top-ups through Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Visa cards, "365 days" of free credit delivered as free spins on every top-up, and one "lucky number" for every RM10 deposited, drawn daily. The menu carries "Correct Score", "Game Tips", a lucky draw and a VIP system, plus an "AGENT PROGRAM 45% COMMISSION" banner for Squeen668, which explains why Merah44 links are shared so widely on social media.
Where this stands in Malaysia
No online casino holds a Malaysian licence. Only a small number of land-based operations are licensed by the government, and Muslims are barred from gambling altogether under Syariah law. The MCMC regularly blocks online gambling sites, which is part of why brands like Merah44 keep so many backup domains. This map exists to help readers understand those routes, not to encourage gambling. If you need to step back, the Malaysian helplines are on our limits station (in Bahasa Melayu), including Talian HEAL 15555.
Check an address before you board
The Address Checker button above compares any domain you type with the list we recorded: the 11 official domains, the flagged copycat, Hijau44's domains and a third-party "partner" site. It is handy when someone sends you a "new link". Safer login steps are on the login station.
Questions at the counter
Is Laluan Merah 44 the official Merah44 site?
No. We are independent mappers with no link to Merah44. We open no accounts, give no credit and take no deposits.
What is Merah44's official domain right now?
On 1 October 2026, every domain Merah44 lists named merah44.me as its main version. The full list is on our official domains station.
Is Merah44's Curaçao licence valid?
We could not verify it. The master licence number quoted does not match the number in the public document we found, and Curaçao replaced the master licence system at the end of 2024.
Is merah44f.com part of Merah44?
No. Merah44 itself warns about that domain, and in our check its buttons sent visitors to a different casino brand.
